The E-Reader was a peripheral for the Game Boy Advance released back in 2002. If you swiped an E-Reader card into it, it would load a game, animation, or extra content for GBA games.

Retro Dot Cards are new games for the E-Reader. Just like the original releases, they are paper cards you swipe into an actual E-Reader.
